It was a endure to have Alfred work on my vehicle. After customer service and parts totally screwed up my initial appointment on Friday by not informing either myself or the mechanic that they could not get all of the necessary parts for my repair, it went smoothly. He was extremely pleasant and efficient in replacing my serpentine belt and tensioner pully assembly which I had to scramble to locate at 5pm on a Thursday. He even went the extra mile and rescheduled the appointment and even got my bill lowered as well. Alfred we ds performance was off the chart in all aspects. I just wish customer service & parts were much better at communicating not just with the mechanic but me as a customer. Thank you Alfred on a job well done. Would be glad to have you work on my car in the future.

Lavelle came out and outperformed my expectations. I was leaning towards a major repair prior to his arrival, and he narrowed it down to a simple fix by just going through the process of elimination. Turned out there was an air bubble in my cooling system causing it to overheat even though there was coolant present. He surely is a master mechanic and I would be welc9me for him to work on my car any place, any time. He has worked on my wife's vehicle and she was extremely pleased with his service and courtesy. Grzegorz was great. The previous mechanic who worked on my car was unable to solve my car's issues and said he needed to go through an extensive + costly trial and error approach to fix my car. In comes Grzegorz- he was able to diagnose the issue in 5 minutes and had my car running immediately.
