Alfred was extremely professional and even came a little earlier than expected. My recommendation for future is that when an issue is diagnosed that it be fixed the same day. I wasted a few days having my car non operational because on phone I was told diagnose and service repair was possible. I have missed work and lost out on money because of the inconvenience. I sent a message saying the starter was the problem so I waited days just to be told what I knew and paid 159.00 for it. So I’m frustrated at the money I spent Next time I will just tow my car to a shop so everything can be done right there

I was alerted the previous night with an email, a text the morning of the appointment, and followed by a phone call with an update to arrival time. Josh does Super Excellent Expert work, WoW this guy knows alot about cars. He's done several big jobs on my car with fantastic results. He often goes far and above to solve the more (pain in the @**) technical problems.Has tons of patience for sorting out problems. My car is 20 years old and he's got it in great 'go any where' condition.

Highly recommended.Kirk was crazy cool, yet, very professional. He called an hour ahead of time to let me know he was purchasing the materials for my vehicle. He arrived on time and performed an oil change and thorough inspection. Overall, he said my car was in very good condition (especially for being 11 years old), but made a minor suggestion which I shall consider. He provided very good customer service as I was pleased with his efforts! I definitely recommend this company, and Kirk as your mechanic!

Firas checked everything over twice trying to make sure that every component was checked that could prevent the car from starting. We all came to the realization that the security light was solid red when turning the key to on as well as attempting to start the car. The immobilizer had been activated and we would have to take the car in to have the computer reset and the keys reprogrammed. I felt great knowing that firas had checked everything over already and had given us pointers on what to ask at the shop as well as his number if we needed a second opinion while at the shop. I will definitely call firas again as I now need my drive belts replaced as well as my brakes done. Your mechanics is an awesome tool i wish I had found long ago!
