Tam was very prompt for my oil and filter change. He was extremely professional and friendly. He answered any questions I had thoroughly and worked very hard on loosening the bolts that jiffy lube had carelessly over tightened. Tam even helped me unscrew the burned out light bulb fixture on my back bumper I did not have the tools for so I could replace it later and informed me what part I needed and how to get it at the auto no arts store, this wasn't even part of the service I paid for. Just above and beyond quality customer service.

Tam was on time, friendly, and proficient. He came to my office and changed my oil fast and efficiently. Before I would take my car to get its oil changed and wait several hours for it to get serviced. This took 20- 30 minutes tops and all while I was at work! Thanks Tam!
