On time, kind and focused. He is a good communicator and tells you what is happening. He takes command of the situation. He told me how to repark my vehicle for a better angle and how the part I ordered was the wrong one. He also advised me about the water /rain spots all over my van's rooftop. Lucas fixed my car door lock actuator quickly and professionally. A small part was needed from the dealership but he was quick to pick that up and returned to complete the job. I had my son with me and he made the effort to get my keys to and from me closer so I wouldn’t have to carry my son so far through the parking garage. Common courtesy is not very common these days, which makes me appreciate his thoughtfulness even more!

Polite and very professional! Nazareth quickly identified my car was suffering from low voltage issues and the battery was the problem. Israel arrived early and was quick and efficient changing the oil and filter in my Acura. He also showed me the oil level and the packages for the oil and filter he used, as well as resetting the oil indicator light.
