One of the coolest things, I mean the last thing I want to do after work is take my car to get an oil change. Nathan was also very friendly, timely, and professional. He was clearly a good hardworking guy, so I could easily trust him with my vehicle while I was at work. Roberto arrived right on time. He explained everything to me, and rather than try to up-sell me as other mechanics do, he did the exact opposite and said the rear brake pads were ok. Roberto was very friendly, did the work in exactly the time he said he would, took the car for a quick drive just to make sure everything was fine. Francisco was efficient and seemed very capable, which was a huge help to me. I get very stressed out when it comes to car repair responsibilities and tend to wait too long to see to repairs - but he made it easy for me! On top of changing the oil and filter, he texted me to come back outside and showed me the problems my car had under the hood, explained why those problems arose, and gave me advice about how to ask for those problems to be repaired next time. Francisco made what is usually a nerve-wracking hassle into a stress-free, brief encounter. If I had to pick three words to describe his service, I'd say: fast, polite, and safe.
