Charlie was awesome. He is friendly and professional. The service yall provide is extraordinary! I had yall come out as a suprise present for a coworker and Charlie snuck around with the best of us and made the experience easy, and memorable. She was astounded by the fact that he got all of the repairs done in the course of a couple of hours while she was at her desk working.
