John was so incredibly helpful! I thought I had an alternator belt mishap, turns out I actually needed a new alternator. He promptly did the diagnosis at my first scheduled appointment, and, thankfully, was able to install my alternator at another appointment that same day. He was understanding, non-judgmental, and was able to do everything in the parking lot of the Walmart where my car broke down at. Will definitely be using his services again!!

Awesome mechanic very knowledgeable

I had an oil pan replaced for $457.89. John was on time (a quality I look for), he was prepared and had all the tools and parts needed for the job. There was a hiccup with the repair area but John was very professional and all was worked out.

He arrived early and asked if I would prefer him to start earlier or wait until the actual appointment time, which was so generous! I did not have to wait in the heat while he worked on the car, and instead sat inside my home in the ac as he offered to call when he was finished. John is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly reccomend him as alot of men in the car industry take advantage of women, I had no doubt John was being honest and as helpful as can be!

Great experience, deserves a raise

I took a chance on this service after having a family member taking car of my cars for so many years. After a couple days researching profiles on this site, I decided to go with John who turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made recently. John was timely, professional and new exactly what was wrong without me revealing feedback I had received from previous mechanics. He works efficiently and kept it real with me the entire time. No attempts to upsell me on other work and focused only on on the issue. I will definitely reach out to John again for work done on any of my cars. Excellent Job!

John is a professional that takes pride in his work with a focus on exceeding expectations. More importantly, he is an outstanding human being. He was completely transparent and a great conversationalist. He also educated me on what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what his his 20 years of experience in his field has taught him. The best takeaway from this experience is that John truly cares about his craft as well as the people he provides services for. Once again, great service and John was awesome. Repair was quick and John even aired up an unexpected flat tire that occurred overnight & I didn't notice until going out to meet him for my appointment.

John was early. I explained the issues I was having with the van and that I wanted him to look for any thing that would prevent the van from passing state inspection. John was very thorough and explained his findings in a way that I could understand. He helped me to prioritize the things that needed to be accomplished immediately and which could wait for the next routine maintenance.
