I spoke with customer service the day before to confirm that Alfred knew about my issue with my taillights. He was nover made aware, so did not have the part. I had to follow him to the store to purchase and have him fix it. Alfred is great, but this is the second time he has been sent to my home with either the wrong part or no part.

Alfred came on time (a bit earlier, in fact) and changed the car battery promptly. He was professional and careful in his work. I was very happy with the result.

Mechanic came perfectly on time and was able to meet me at a different location on the same day. The job was done very quick and he was very professional with everything, as well as giving his best judgements on what I should be looking at and what should be fixed.
