**Highly Recommended!!!** This s my first time hiring a mechanic to work on a car. I normally do my basic routine maintainance such as brakes, belts, thermostats, etc. myself, but am a disabled Veteran and can no longer get on the ground or stand long enough to do even jobs as simple as a belt replacement. Alfred was great, and very quick with his work. He was on time and just talking with him you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and I could tell Alfred is very knowledgable about pretty much all brands of cars just from the conversations we had. Thank you for helping out and doing a quick and efficient job.

I spoke with customer service the day before to confirm that Alfred knew about my issue with my taillights. He was nover made aware, so did not have the part. I had to follow him to the store to purchase and have him fix it. Alfred is great, but this is the second time he has been sent to my home with either the wrong part or no part.

Alfred came on time (a bit earlier, in fact) and changed the car battery promptly. He was professional and careful in his work. I was very happy with the result.
