Jason was a great mechanic. He came in, got the job done, and it worked the first time through. The billing process was a bit kinked. I got billed twice for one job. I called in and got it fixed.

My actual appointment on August 19 was cancelled/postponed, and although that was completely out of James' control, he was professional enough to call me back right away and get me an immediate appointment for a couple of days later. Appointment took an hour, it was a relatively easy job (for a mechanic; I still wouldn't have been able to do myself!). I stood at the car with him the whole time and he gave me a play-by-play of what he was doing. After, he even showed me a few other things about my car both related and unrelated to the fix... not that I could fix any of it myself, but at least I know what I may need to get checked out in the near future! Highly recommended!

James was the best mechanic! Very friendly & very helpful. I learned a lot and he had such a great attitude about everything. Very satisfied by his help. Would highly recommend!

This was my 2nd meeting with James and yet again he fixed my problem. My car has been giving me overheating problems and he fixed the problem and recommended I do other services so I don't have a problem with overheating for a long time. His personally & professionalism is what make James, he come's on time and gets his job started and when I keep him company he likes shows and teaches me how to diagnose simple fixes. Any time I have a car problem I'm giving James a call.

This place is officially your favorite mechanics mechanic! They come to you so you dont have to lift a finger to grab your gets. That problem you had is no longer a problem when they arrive. Lets just say that get down and dirty friendly but they get the job done in a timely matter. Not only do they come to fix 1 things they will point out and let u know what else maybe wrong. You guys are my official mechanic :-)

James was courteous, efficient, and professional. Had my engine oil changed within 45 mins. Very satisfied! Will definetly be a return customer.

James took the time to call me and ask if I wanted to see what had happened with the old regulator; a nice touch! Thanks James!
