I am very satisfied with Robert and the service. I honestly don't know how this could have worked out any better for me. He came a few minutes early, introduced himself and asked me to describe the problem. He knew exactly what to do and replaced the parts that I needed. He test drove my car to make sure everything was perfect. He showed me the bad parts and cleaned up when he was done. He's professional, very friendly, and went out of his way to accommodate me. Lavell was wonderful to work with, I booked an appointment first thing in the morning and he was prompt and professional from the start. I initially booked an appointment to assess my check engine light, and he went above and beyond in not only diagnosing that issue, but also diagnosing an entirely separate issue that had to do with my coolant hoses. He worked with me to determine a schedule of repairs that would work within my budget, and also identify those services/repairs I could safely delay for the time being. I greatly appreciated his understanding and expertise in helping me navigate these issues, and am looking forward to working together as we continue addressing all of the items on my list!

Edgar had an emergency and was very late to my appointment, but still showed up and worked late into the evening to finish all the scheduled maintenance for my truck. Judging from his professionalism and attention to detail, I'm guessing his tardiness is not a regular occurrence and that it must have been a serious emergency. At the end of the day, I've been running my Ranger up and down the Oakland Hills with various furniture all weekend-- something I would have been pretty nervous about before Edgar tuned everything up.
