Michael

Michael is a ROCK STAR mechanic. I booked the appointment, he showed up 15 minutes early, he fixed the problem within 2 hours and when he ordered a part, it came in on time, no excuses. I have tried to fix this tricky electrical problem with 2 other mechanics. It cost me $3000 and still wasn't fixed. Michael did it for $150!!!

Everything about the service was great, the only issue was that the mechanic arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. It was only a slight inconvenience however, and better than if they had arrived later than scheduled.

On time and everything is fixed as promised!

Michael is very experienced auto mechanic, he found the problem at almost no time. Give detailed explanation and suggested to fix it DIY with step-by-step instructions. Nowadays, you would never find any auto repair shop offer that kind services.

I have obtained 4 estimates for replacing time-belt & water pump, it would cost me anywhere from $1000 (dealer) to $700 (independent auto repair shop). For less than $600, Micheal not only replaced my Nissan's time-belt & water pump but also changed PCV valve and cleaned/flushed power steering fluids, that alone would cost $75 to $125. The best part is he did it at the garage where I am working, so convenient, no pickup and no waiting.

Michael did a great job and was quick to diagnose my issue, he was a little early but i would rather have that than late! overall pretty satisfied

It was difficult to get the car flat and he was patient, worked fast, etc. Also patient when we weren't home at the scheduled time (doh!).

Michael was on time, took care of the bulb issue right away. Seat belt could not be completely fixed, as a spare part was needed. He unlocked it temporarily and is not going to charge as he could not take care of it completely and was clear about the next steps.

Awesome guy, jumped through hoops due to my poor call screening techniques and still worked with me. Great!

Michael is an awesome guy! He arrived for our appointment on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem (which, other mechanics were not able to!) and came up with a solution. He definitely knows his area. He explains the issue clearly so you understand what's going on with the car. He tested out his theory to show it to me that his solution would fix the problem. Overall I was quite impressed with Michael's diagnosis capability.

Even though Michael ran into problems with taking the brake booster out, he acknowledged the issue and acted very professional. He took my car to the dealer, got it fixed there at no extra dime for me and constantly apologized for the inconvenience. It was very professional and polite of him to do so. I'd highly recommend Michael!

Michael is a great guy to work with - on time, easy to communicate and know what he is doing. After job done, followed up and answered questions very patiently. Feel very comfortable to work with him.
