Robert is an excellent mechanic who knows his job pretty well. He is very punctual and communicates promptly if there is any delay. What i really like in him is his friendly nature when dealing with customers and in answering all the questions with out getting pissed off. I have seen mechanics who doesnt like to answer all the questions. He has taken care of my car really well and will not leave the place till you are completely satisfied with the work. I am very happy with the service. 5 stars to Trung. He was on time and friendly. He patiently and enthusiastically answered my questions and concerns and helped me decide what needed to be done with the car. I had initially requested for a Camshaft sensor replacement but since he was so approachable I asked him to take a look at the brakes. He looked at them for free, made a good offer and I got a brake job done as well (which was pending for a while). Unlike other places, he was not pushing me to get more stuff done and shell out money.
