I was very pleased with Nicholas I told him of the issues I was encountering (originally a starter problem) , it turned out to be a battery issue which was replaced last May by another mechanic from the same company. Nicholas quickly went and picked up a new battery ( no charge because it was still under warrenty) and had it installed ,(damn Chryslers) the engine fired up multiple times , and he went about finishing the other services. he was very informative and personable I would highly recomend Nicholas and will certainly request him on any future business with YOUR MECHANIC.

The BCM or body control module controls all of these items and there is a technical bulletin to get the BCM reprogramed. The reprogram should fix the issue for you. The dealer will have to do the reprogram for you....
