Have full power steering and car still makes whining noise when I turn the wheel. Just got the car like 6 months ago.

If you are getting a whining noise from the power steering then the noise may be from the power steering pump internal vanes which are worn (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-power-steering-pump). This will cause the pump to not apply enough pressure at low vehicle...

The failure icon is caused by a problem with the traction control and will need to have transmission and ABS checked to see if there is stored codes for a sensor or component failure before a diagnosis can be made....
Should I replace both front struts at the same time?

Hi there. I recommend replacing both struts for the front at the same time, as they have springs that control the ride height and also have shocks that control the tire-to-road contact. Plus, you will not have to worry about...
