Enrique was my mechanic. He was on time, unfortunately the incorrect part was sold to me by a company so i have to reschedule. Enrique is so professional, so mannerly so detailed. He explained slowly as he is spanish speaking what happened happened and what will be his report. I was giving him a tip and he said NO the company will pay me. Omg. Wow I am now requesting a new appt as the correct part has arrived. Hope i can request Enrique

Enrique showed up timely and messaged through the app and called me as well since I didn't see the initiate alert. I appreciate that he reviewed what would be done to confirm it is what I meant to be done. He communicated a realistic timeline. Once the work was done Enrique walked me through that he had completed everything and what future work would be done. He added all those details into future work quotes right in the app. I almost forgot, Enrique also went ahead and made sure my tires were fully inflated too!
