Juan came out twice, once to diagnose the problem and then a couple of days later to service my car. Although I was thinking that the problem with my car was something more serious (and expensive) he was quickly able to diagnose the real problem, which was much cheaper to fix than what I was anticipating to pay. It took him an hour and now everything is working beautifully again. This is a really great service ... I'll be using it again the next time I need my car serviced.

John was a pleasure to work with. He was patient with our many questions about the issues with our vehicle by answering all our questions. He gave us great suggestions. He was most of all very honest. We booked a reservation for what we thought the problem was and he did a diagnostic check first which resulted something else which saved us money. He was very prompt and communicated well when he was on his way. Overall, a great guy and mechanic!

Rick was great! He offered to arrive well before my appointment time and was extremely communicative throughout the process. I had a general inspection as my car was not starting, and he first helped me by trying to jump start the car, identified that the battery was completely dead, and removed my battery so I can take it to my mechanic and get it replaced. He was quick, friendly, and professional throughout the process.
