Ruben was on time and completely professional and caring. Ruben made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car... Going as far as taking pictures of underneath the car to show and explain to me what was happening and why. Although I know NOTHING about cars, Ruben explained what was happening in lay terms to the point that even I actually understood what was going on! Trust me, that takes a lot! Ruben was very professional and was patient answering all of my questions as I do not know much about auto repairs. He was running late because he was finishing up another repair job, and called me to let me know, which was much appreciated. He completed the repair in a timely fashion and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before he left. This was a fairly significant repair and I had my doubts, but by utilizing Ruben's services I was able to save a few hundred dollars. Therefore, he comes very highly recommended and makes me feel that the large repair shops & dealerships are major ripoffs simply bc of their overhead expenses.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. I scheduled an appointment with Ben at 9am to replace the starter on my 2005 Toyota Corolla. Ben arrived around 9:15, greeted me, apologized for being a bit late as he stopped to pick up the part, took a look at my car and let me know that it would take about an hour. 40 minutes later he was done. He explained what he did, showed me that my car started, answered all my questions, bid me farewell and left. All before 10am. I found Ben to be very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend his services.
