Cris was awesome. He was on time, courteous and friendly. He listened to my concerns and addressed them fully, putting my mind at ease. He explained the problem and offered a couple possible solutions. Cris is my guy going forward. Finally a mechanic I can trust.

The inspection told me the issue was with the spark and ignition coil. However, replacing them ($500) didn’t resolve the issue with the engine of my car. And I have to take it to another car repair store.

Cris arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. He isolated the problem which turned out to be something I had not been thinking about. (It was a bad key.) I was very happy with his experience.
