I set up my appointment online and received an email confirmation with Whitney's profile. On the appointed day, Whitney arrived early and contacted me via text and phone to let me know he had arrived. He shook my hand, looked me in the eye and went to work on repairing the driver's side door handle. Whitney's extensive experience came through as he carefully removed the door panel with great cognizance for the underlying plastic screws, connectors and washers on my old, but beloved, Toyota truck. He explained everything to me when I asked questions so I understood what he was doing and why. Whitney has a great knowledge of cars and uses all of his senses to comprehend my truck's overall health. Whitney is courteous, professional, educational and funny!

Whitney was on time for the appointment. I needed my timing belt/water pump replaced as it was well overdue and I kept putting it off. I also had a wor.n passenger side cv axle that needed replacement. Whitney performed both services requested in a timely manner. He was nice to talk to also, and had a couple of really good stories about his 30+ years of working on cars. Whitney is a very honest, hard working mechanic. Highly recommended!

Robert rediagnosed my car and found that the problem was not the fuel pump that the previous mechanic (David) thought. I appreciate that he didn't just change the fuel pump and leave me with a car that has the same problem. Robert has said he will email me with a recommendation for my car after he does some research. I think this is great.

He was so much better than the last mechanic I had and he arrived on time too! He inspected the car and told me he didn't have the tools to raise the car (my car is low) and proceeded to ask me if it was ok to go to his friend's shop. We got there and the operation (crankshaft sensor replacement) only took like 30 minutes because he knew what he was doing. I will only trust Grzegorz from now on because he's the best mechanic ever.
