It's hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust. One that won't try to rip you off. I've found one! One of Gary's first suggestions was that my car may be under warranty and that the dealer could take care of the problem at no cost. That defines his character. Ultimately my car was not under warranty and Gary did the job. In fact, he did more than the job. My engine had gotten filthy with the leak that I had, and Gary cleaned it at no additional charge while he was waiting for the engine to heat up so he could test it. Gary has my highest recommendation!

Jose got to my house before me so he was very prompt (my apologies for being late). Chatted a little to let him know what happened to my car and then he started the repair. I have a 1985 Celica Supra and it needed an alternator replacement. It was straightforward. I went to go walk my dog and clean the house while he was fixing it. After he was done, I had a few questions and he answered them all. He did a rundown of the status of my car and any recommendations for other things to maintain/fix. He was very honest and wasn't trying to swindle more money out of me/push me to do unnecessary repairs. We had a little small talk after about the car and its history. Jose was great and has been fixing cars since 1969, so experienced. Beforehand, I have read his other not so favorable reviews and reached out to customer service to ask what was the action taken to satisfy those customers. I was assured upper management took care of it. I had a positive experience myself and am grateful this company makes house-calls because if it didn't, my battery would've drained again and it would cost me a tow to a regular auto-shop. David showed up on time and was really friendly. He got to work right away and completed in a reasonable amount of time. He replaced he rear brake shoes and pads, but informed me that he would also have to replace the drums as well, on a different day, which makes sense, because the last time i touched the rear brakes was in 2010. I'll submit another rating after the job is complete. but so far so good. Thanks David.
