Alex was very helpful. He made time for me a day earlier than our set appointment date. Once he arrived, he spent time to inspect the car, even though the request was to replace the starter. He rightly suggested that a diagnostic be performed before moving forward with replacing the starter. While he was working, he was also answering any questions that I had.

Alexander was very helpful and friendly. He called before he picked up parts, as he was concerned that I might need another service that coincided with the scheduled service. He inspected the car and was very honest - he discovered that I didn't need the maintenance I thought I did! He adjusted my bill accordingly.

He went above and beyond our expectations. After 2 years, we got someone who knew what they were doing.. Going with my son to the smog test was outstanding, If there were more than 5 stars he would deserve them. We give him 10 stars.

Alexander did a very good job of repairing the electric window in our 2004 Infiniti. The process was arduous, which was not his fault. The first repair, done by another mechanic, failed after two days. Numerous phone calls and rescheduling finally resulted in a successful repair. The issue boiled down use of a re-manufactured electric motor in the initial repair versus a new motor in the successful repair.

He called to let me know he'll come early, which was great. The door works, but the key doesn't work well now. Not sure if this has to do with the fix or not. At least, we can still open the door with the remote.

Alex was clear with explanations of work and documentation. He found additional issues, took care of them, and completed all work as requested (plus additional) in a timely manner. I will ask him to work on my 2007 BMW X3 again.

The repair did cost exactly as much as the quote had said and I really appreciated the free inspection.
