On the appointed day, Whitney arrived early and contacted me via text and phone to let me know he had arrived. He shook my hand, looked me in the eye and went to work on repairing the driver's side door handle. Whitney's extensive experience came through as he carefully removed the door panel with great cognizance for the underlying plastic screws, connectors and washers on my old, but beloved, Toyota truck. He explained everything to me when I asked questions so I understood what he was doing and why. The entire process was very straightforward and smooth: from setting up the corporate perk to receiving my keys once Erick was finished.
