Robert is a very knowledgeable and experienced mechanic. In addition to having an in-depth knowledge of my Tahoe and the recommended parts, Robert incorporated advanced technology. Using an electronic tablet, he photographed various areas of concern including the engine, under carriage and suspension areas. This was a definite bonus! I've always taken my truck to the Chevy dealer for service. But I've never received personalized service nor shown photographs of my vehicle's mechanical issues.

Very pleased with Robert's work, and my interaction with him. He went beyond what I contracted. I will request him again when I need more work done. Stefan was great!. I have a very tiny car that unfortunately doesn't have much clearance for working on it. To replace my alternator Stefan had a lot of work cut out for him, and he did an amazing job with it. He was able to come out to my house on short notice and stand out in the freezing cold to fix my car.I was quoted a few different prices for an alternator replacement, YourMechanic had the lowest price. Raul obviously knows his way around an engine. He is very professional and also nice to talk to. Even though Michael ran into problems with taking the brake booster out, he acknowledged the issue and acted very professional.
