Firas did a great job! He arrived on time, repaired the brake light quickly, and taught me how to identify lighting problems. I appreciate his helpfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Firas, and I plan on contacting him for vehicle repairs in the future.

Firas checked everything over twice trying to make sure that every component was checked that could prevent the car from starting. We all came to the realization that the security light was solid red when turning the key to on as well as attempting to start the car. The immobilizer had been activated and we would have to take the car in to have the computer reset and the keys reprogrammed. I felt great knowing that firas had checked everything over already and had given us pointers on what to ask at the shop as well as his number if we needed a second opinion while at the shop. I will definitely call firas again as I now need my drive belts replaced as well as my brakes done. Your mechanics is an awesome tool i wish I had found long ago!

Firas was great. He was very professional and researched the problem my car was having and explained it to me, which was great and put my mind at ease. He wasn't having an easy time of getting at the part to be replaced because it was in a very tight space. He had great patience and the work was done within the hour. I would highly recommend him.
