Professional, good customer service, and very knowledgeable. Based on the information provided and testing, he narrowed it down to what the root issue could possibly be. He noticed battery corrosion and a loose connection, advising that it would be the reason for the issue and gave forward instructions if the problem persists. I am so happy I came across this website on google with my dealer not being available for a month.
