I was schedule to have my car fix which it wasn't ! Come find out by yourmechanic.com headquarters that you don't and won't work on cars that have over 4000000 miles. That pissed me off and I know Steve wasn't happy either. That is bullshit wasted my time and then find out last minute that my car is over the limit in miles.but believe me I would not recommend the bullshit business to anybody

Kenneth contacted me to see if he could come earlier, which was actually perfect. I didn't realize that my lease does not allow working on a car in the parking lot, so Kenneth helped me find a place to park the car so he could work on it without getting in trouble. He was extremely fast and even recommended some things that might need work for preventative measures.

Jose came through and did a great job after a prior mechanic improperly installed the serpentine/drive belt on my SUV when replacing the alternator. I was truly disillusioned and unwilling to do business with Your Mechanic after the initial service. However, Jose's honesty and competence restored my faith in the business.
