Raul arrived early. He confirmed that I needed new brake pads/rotors. Replaced them. Later in the day, I heard squeaking coming from wheels. After yourmechanic sent another mechanic to investigate, we realized that one of the rotors from O'Reilly Auto Parts was defective (it was not a perfect circle). Not completely Raul's fault, but I wish he would have done a longer test drive (perhaps on highway) to make sure everything was good. Cost me several hours of extra time. I did not have to pay extra money for the issue to be resolved, just time.

Leo is the most professional mechanic I have had with this service so far (out of the 4 from the Bay area that have worked on my van). He had the uniform, introduced himself, shook my hand (I don't think his hands were all greasy), communicated well. He even didn't bash the prior mechanic too much (who had spilled all over my driveway). He seemed like he knew what he was talking about and the reasons he gave sounded logical and not contradictory (as it is with many mechanics I have talked with in the past).
