This was the easiest service I have ever used. I wanted to buy a used car but wanted to get it checked out by a mechanic first. I (the buyer) work full time and so does the seller so it was difficult to figure out how to get the car checked out especially since we are about an hour from each other. I was able to provide the seller with an option of times, book the appointment online and have the mechanic call me after the inspection. I got the full report online and had to pay one standard fee. Would reccomend this company and Bacle to anyone looking for a mechanice! Thank you!!!

Bacle arrived early as was ready to go to work immediately. He completed the job (replacing two rear brake rotors) as fast as any garage could have, without the advantages of a lift. He was careful and thorough, and knew several idiosyncratic issues particular to my car, a Ford Mustang GT.

Top notch in all regards. He changed my break pads and rotated my tires quickly and accurately (even though I live near a salt marsh which makes it extra hard to get the rims off). Also on top of that he handled a pretentious / a$$ hole co-worker like a gentleman.

(We had a previous mechanic leave us with squeaky brakes. We saw nothing wrong with that, since everyone makes mistakes now and then, and fixing cars requires some finesse. That mechanic came back, didn't even take anything off and look, tried to blame the problem on someone else, and basically did the least he could and the brakes continued to squeal --worse. My husband and I were very disappointed.) However, Bacle came, and fixed the problem. He took the TIME to respectfully explain the several issues that could be going on. He took the TIME to show me the new pads and explain also some other things that I needed to take care of. Then he also OFFERED to come back ASAP if they still squealed. 4 days later and the brakes are still wonderfully quiet. Bacle was also respectful and friendly and not opinionated. THANK YOU Bacle for fixing our squealing brakes!
