John did a great job. He was very communicative, letting me know he was running a few minutes late due to traffic. Bay area traffic is notoriously awful so I won't hold it against him. :) He was very friendly, explained everything that needed to be done with a smile on his face, and called me to let me know when he was finished. He even completed everything ahead of schedule. I will certainly hire him again and recommend him to friends and coworkers.
