James is going to be my "GO TO MECHANIC" from now on . I had 2 cars that decided to die at the same time so i tried yourmechanic.com and they sent out James, He arrived on time and quickly found out that it was a simple repair that would only take a hr to fix so all the labor would be covered under the inspection fee , I just had to buy the part and he would come back out to put it in. I was very pleased so i had him inspect my other car when he came back out and that one only need a simple fix also and the labor would be covered under the inspection fee also. Carlos was great, he kept me up to date with the delay of his arrival. I do have one issue. He told me if I had any questions or something came up to let him know. Last night while driving the battery light came on. I made it home turned the car off and started it again, battery light off. I don’t know why it came on and if it’ll do it again. Carlos has not responded to the messages I left him.
