Chris came out and fitted front brake rotors and pads that I bought online. It took him less than an hour. They work great. Awesome.

Chris was the second mechanic that I called out. The first person wasn’t able to complete the job because he was given an incorrect part. He had to come twice because he had been given an incorrect part due to lack of documentation from the previous job, but he was able to figure out the right part that was needed and was able to finally finish the job. He arrived early both times. He had proper signage on his vehicle and was wearing proper clothes. He was polite and knowledgeable. If I needed to use this service again, I would book Chris.

Amazing!! Amazing!! I could not recommend Chris anymore than the utmost best mechanic out there. I had no idea what I was going to do when my car literally would not turn on last night. I was very very scared as I have no clue about anything about cars and I couldn't even get it out of my garage. I checked my oil and my oil was fine, so I thought UH-OH. What am I going to do?! I have no help or support system at all. I googled mechanics and "what to do if your car won't start." I came across YourMechanic and had no idea this service even existed! My only other option would have been to get a tow truck to get it to a mechanic and the tow would have been at least $400, PLUS the mechanic's prices. Yikes!! To have a mechanic come to your house and help you out with car troubles, boy what a Godsend. There was good communication from beginning to end via text, email, and Chris called ahead of time to let me know he was even going to be early! Woo hoo even better. He explained to me many options and was very thorough in ways he could even save me money by not even going through his company. Luckily, in my case it was a dead battery. He quickly went to the corner store, bought a battery, and came right back to my house, and even took a look at other things with my car that might need future attention and noticed how awful my AC filter was and replaced that as well! I am so so SO stoked to have found this company! Amazing all around. If you are all alone in this world and have no family or support system, like me and have no one to help you out, when your car goes DEAD!!, YourMechanic is the way to go! He was very knowledgeable about cars in general. Wonderful wonderful. I recommended to my roommate as well. I was starting to look at bus schedule routes, which were very confusing and I'm so grateful to have my car back today! I have to go on many job interviews and have night class next week and I was downright scared everything was going to fall through. This service is WONDERFUL!!

It's really hard to schedule an appointment with a dealership and they always seem to have a delay. I was blown away by everything including a few automotive tips. We're going to have him service our other cars. Another great thing is now I can be preventative and know when and how long I will be without my work vehicle.

I had Chris come for two of my vehicles (identical 2014 Dodge Tradesman Cargo Vans) and thought I would try his service at my home instead of at one of my clients parking lots when I'm there. I was concerned about the neighbors and HOA and doing an old change and tire rotation in my driveway and in front of the house. He was discrete and there wasn't any kind of mess. Everything worked out perfect. Now I'm going to be more preventative and attentive as I know the appointment time and cost based on what I requested.
