Ricardo showed up on time and was ready to work. He noticed and recommended some extra service (sway bar bushings) while he was R&R the main job (control arms), called me for approval, and got the parts. Despite some challenges and difficulty with the job which caused the time to go over by several hours, he stayed to finish the job and close up. He also noticed some possible engine issue (water in oil) and we decided together to wait on some additional but delayable work. Ricardo's attitude and helpfulness were excellent. I appreciate the new front suspension being done at a great price.
