Great Technician! He knew exactly what he was doing on my 2016 Jaguar F-type. The aftermarket brake pads needed a bit of modifications, they were not fitting properly, he was able to file them down and make them fit like OEM. He was able to complete the repairs in about an hour. Great service. I will definitely use him again!

Carlos' service, expertise, and professionalism are of the highest caliber. He arrived early. He completed the vehicle service substantially faster than the estimated time. Speaking with Carlos, his expertise was evident and was demonstrated by his efficiency in completing the service. Carlos also discussed with me several real issues with my vehicle that need to be addressed in the future, which again highlighted his knowledge. Carlos' knowledge and expertise was just really obvious. He clearly knows what he was talking about. Additionally, Carlos was exceedingly professional and friendly. He seemed genuinely like a good guy. As you probably already know, dealing with car repair issues can be horrible, not knowing if you're getting ripped off or whether the mechanic knows what he/she is talking about and just generally frustrating. This was not the case with Carlos. My experience with Carlos was definitely FIVE STARS and I highly recommend Carlos to anyone and I will use him again in the future.
