Super experience with Chris. Very professional and friendly. He showed up a little early and in a few hours fixed what I thought should take a whole day. It blew me away how quickly he was done. I'm back on the road. The cost was less than the shop. I had taken it to one and gave up after they couldn't figure out what the problem was! Manuel arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment time! He 1st did a visual inspection of what he said he was shore to be the issue of the sound I was very concerned about that I had been hearing in my front end. I also had concerns with some other loud humming noises coming from the rear of the vehicle. He very detail oriented in explaining why I was hearing this noise's and feeling the vibration/humming sounds I was hearing. We then took my car for a drive so he could hear and feel the issues that concerned me and then went over each problem and explained to me what each issue was! We drove back and parked the car and he went over a Detailed Service Plan of the parts I needed replaced and how much each part was and then the Total would be! "His Quote was 10x cheaper than the previous shops I had gone to for an estimate of what I needed performed. Manuel felt that he was a very honest down to earth good guy and is very knowledgeable in his Profession. This guy is the real deal and knows his stuff.

I scheduled to have my alternator replaced, as the guy at Autozone said it was going bad. Robert arrived on time and within 20-30 minutes he called me to come outside so he could explain what was going on. Long story short, the guy from Autozone was incorrect. My alternator was not bad. Robert proceeded to demonstrate the voltage load on my alternator and explained it was operating correctly. My issue has more to do with the vehicle sitting idle for long periods of time, which drains the battery due to the electronic key fob system. Robert could have just replaced the alternator, charged me the full amount and been on his way and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, Robert was very honest about the situation and only charged me a diagnostic fee. I highly recommend Robert and Your Mechanic. Convenient, honest and fair pricing. I will definitely be calling Your Mechanic, and requesting Robert, for any future automotive needs. Thanks again.
