I’m very happy with his work!

Did a good job. Gave me good advice about my vehicle.

Robert changed the oil that is all I can honestly say. I did not see him check the usual fluids that comes with oil change. He checked the brake because I asked. He did not see any reason to check my air because the lights not on. As far as me using your company. NO. I get a better price, service and technician are through in checking all fluid. By the way he asked me to park my car on the street where he did the oil change.

Great, as always! My car is parked in a tricky-to-find employee lot, but this was no trouble for Robert. Efficient and knowledgable!

Robert was on time and a very pleasant person. He handled my oil change efficiently and had noticed that the service indicator was turned off, so he reset it for me to the manufacturer specifications. He also was kind enough to change out a burnt headlight bulb for me as a kind gesture. I would absolutely recommend Robert as I do with this service all the time. Robert arrived within the 30 minute arrival window and performed some of the requested services that I booked. He performed that particular service efficiently and professionally. I am a little frustrated that he was only able to perform only 1 of the two services that I booked - this could be more of an issue with the yourmechanic platform - they shouldn't send folks out to do services that the mechanic doesn't have the appropriate equipment for.

Very down to earth guy. He was very helpful and provided me with useful information. I originally requested replacement for my brakes pad and it turned it out that it was a bad sensor. Robert did his best to guide me during my time of need. Unrelated to the mechanic, but I can't help but feel like YourMechanic likes to take advantage and lie to their costumers. Be weary of their services because they upcharge their prices after making false promises, taking advantage of you being in a tough spot because of vehicle problems.
