James arrived on time, and was able to perform the job without any complications. Also, he was able to complete the job earlier then the time I had expected for him to finish, it was impressive. In the end, he informed me everything had been replaced and showed me the old parts then told me to keep my previous serpentine belt because it was in good condition and made in the USA! Honestly I had my reservations about using this platform, but now I am convinced this is the best way to save money and still have outstanding work done on my Honda Civic by a great experienced professional, thank you James. Israel arrived early and was quick and efficient changing the oil and filter in my Acura. He also showed me the oil level and the packages for the oil and filter he used, as well as resetting the oil indicator light. He also recommended replacing my front shocks & struts and showed me where they are wearing down. I highly recommend him. Thank you for everything Israel.
