Jay is absolutely AMAZING!! I’ve used him many times. He is So knowledgeable and so patient. I love how he doesn’t rush and will explain everything to u and answer any questions u have. Even if they don’t pertain to the specific issue at hand. As best he can without fully inspecting the issue atleast. He’s my FAVORITE mechanic and I REFUSE to use any other mechanic but him. He seems ESPECIALLY knowledgeable when it comes to GM made vehicles I assume from his many years of working with GM. He is an absolute sweetheart and if you want an actual HONEST mechanic which we all know is A VERY RARE FIND. The Jay is your guy!! Thanks again jay!!

Richard came to our house to do a diagnosis on our minivan. He took the time to test drive it so he could see the problems firsthand and asked me questions about what was going on with it. After he was done, he explained everything that the van needed and what was the most immediate need. Richard was super personable and very knowledgeable. Love that he used to work at a Pontiac dealership so he knew exactly how to change our air filter (which we already knew could be pretty tricky!) Would definitely recommend Richard and hope he can work on our van again in the future!
