Could have been better if the issue was fully diagnosed before starting the work. The car didn't start even after the started was replaced and mechanic had no clue about the issue except he said electrical issue. I had to take the car to another mechanic and spend more time and money to get it fixed.

I made an appointment with Honorio again, because last time I was very satisfied with his service. And this time the experience was even better. My appointment was at my home. However, just before the appointment time, I had to drive the car to my workplace because of an urgent thing. So I called Honorio. At that time he was already near my home. But he kindly drove to my workplace. That wasted at least 25 minutes of his time and some gasoline. But he was nice and kind. And his work was as good as before. He did every single tasks accurately and carefully. And he double-checked everything very carefully. I saw some mechanics doing things faster. Honorio's not the fastest. But he is accurate and careful, and does things in the right way. For my car I prefer Honorio's style. For example, to properly drain the engine oil and replace the oil filter of my car, passenger side front tire should be removed. Other mechanics didn't do that. But Honorio did so, because that was the right way for my car. After everything is done, I asked him "Could you teach me how to check the fluid gauges?" And he kindly took his time to explain many things to me. Now I know how to check all the fluid levels of my car (I'm from a country where people do not know about cars as well as Americans). I wanted to tip him because I made him drive a long way twice and he taught me many things. But he declined tips. Next time when my cars need a maintenance or repair, I'll work with him again. If he is fully booked, I'll wait until he's available.

Robert was on time, in fact he arrived early. The work performed was excellent. Not only did he replace the alternator, he took a little time to point some other areas of the car that needed attention. Wow. Incredible service. I recently had gotten a breakdown and quote about what needed to be done to my car. It was a long list and was extremely expensive, to the point where I contemplated maybe buying a different car. I contacted Your Mechanic, it was my 2nd experience with them, and was reminded of why I should ONLY go with them. Reasonable price, they come to my house, and always great service.
