As he was during his first visit, Chris was excellent, as expected. Unfortunately, fixing this problem exposed a secondary problem that needs repair. Cris took the time to explain it all fully and show us proof of the problem. As he is going on vacation, he offered to have another mechanic assigned to get the repair done sooner. After thinking it over, we decided to go ahead and wait until he gets back, since we already know the quality of his work and trust him. Fortunately, our driving needs are minor and we have a second car to use in the interim. We hope he has a great vacation and look forward to seeing him back on the 15th.
