Victor was polite and professional. However he was not able to fix the issue of my horn not working as a mobile service. I needed to log back into the app to request a quote for the actual fix. He could not definitively state why the horn is not working on my car. He was able to check the fuse and say it was good but did not know for sure if the clockspring was the issue since the airbag light was not on.

Skilled in identifying cause of sweaking serpentine belt. He discovered the cause was the tensioner pulley bearings wore out. He educated me on what could happen if it wasnt replaced. He replaced tensioner pulley and belt.
