I'm giving Simon 5 stars because he was professional, on time, and could accurately diagnose the program. My misgivings about the experience have more to do with the fact that my transmission could not be fixed in the field, which I did not realize could be the case until after he told me. Wrench should have made that possibility more clear and saved me the cost of having Simon come out, but that isn't Simon's fault at all. Thank you, Simon.

I had an appointment to have brakes/rotors done. Augustine is a very nice guy. Personable and polite! He came 30 minutes early for the appointment, and asked me if he could come early before he came. Top quality, will use him again for rear brakes/rotors in a few weeks.

Thomas is AWESOME - seriously. Showed up SPOT ON time, and although I had high hopes that someone could come and fix my truck first time out, I completely expected that parts would need to be obtained and I'd be paying for two visits.. He found the issue lickety split, a $4 master fuse.. and bless his heart, waited for us to run out to get it and come back at 6:30 pm at night. No two trips! Truck went from dead as a doornail to happily alive and humming after a short time with Thomas. My truck is an old '89 box truck and regularly needs bits - I know who I'm calling next time it needs some TLC!! THOMAS!! You rock!! Super nice, friendly, professional and nailed it. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and a snoopy dance!

Aaron is a chill guy! He showed up on time (literally, to the minute), came prepared, and knew exactly what to do. He finished the job in about an hour and a half, and he told me some other tiny issues that I may need to consider having done in the future. I feel like he didn't BS me like a lot of other mechanics do, and I believe I finally have a decent mechanic here in this city. It's nice having someone who is familiar working on older model cars, and isn't out to just get money. When he was finished, we chatted about cars & music for a bit, and he was off. Good guy, good mechanic!

Aaron came out to my work which was awesome. I work all the time so it's very hard getting into a regular shop. I love the fact that he came out here. He was here on time which I really appreciate. I believe showing up on time means you care. He had a great attitude and was very personable. He did my diagnosis very quickly and didn't stall or procrastinate. He told me what was wrong and how to fix it. I've had dishonest mechanics who try and throw tons of other expenses into the quote. Aaron didn't do that. I have another car I need looked at, which I will have Aaron come diagnose! I have finally found a new mechanic! Thank you Aaron!!!

I was not actually here, but from the email and text notifications, and call very good customer service. I do question the one item, transmission fluid condition. Since the Borrego has NO dipstick, without actually pulling the drain plug (which I assume was not done) there is no way to know the condition of the fluid. Otherwise, great.

Anthony was great. He arrived five minutes early and got right to work. He was able to pin point the problem in about a minute just by listening to the vehicle try to start. He was very polite and informative, answering every question i had and had the problem fixed promptly. He has become my go to mechanic for any car related problem i might have in the future.
