Victor is a friendly and respectful mechanic. He arrived early and got down to business. He was commutative and did what he came to do. He was very respectful while on an apartment property and kept the area very clean.

Mr. Vigil arrived 15 minutes early and had my battery replaced by 15 minutes after my original appointment time. Not much diagnostic work to be done in my case (the car had been sitting eight months and the battery had been old to begin with and the car ran fine with a jump start but running failed to charge the battery...kinda hard not to guess what the problem was), just a cursory check to verify that yep, the battery was kaput. But he did also spot where a bit of my wheel housing was peeling. Honestly, I'll probably keep going to my regular mechanic, but if your car won't start and you want a real mechanic to make double-sure of what needs to be fixed rather than just call one of the quickie places, he's a good choice. Worth noting that he recommended getting the tires rotated. I still had a three-year plan with Big O Tires, so I took it there as soon as he fixed it up so it ran again, but they took one look and said no-way-no-how, it would be dangerous to rotate the tires, the tires need to be replaced. Of course they immediately gave me a quote for tires they would sell me, so one might suspect the reason Mr. Vigil didn't mention the tires needing to be replaced was because the tires didn't need to be replaced. I'll be seeing my regular mechanic next week, sadly probably too late to tell you who turned out to be right.

Thomas is AWESOME - seriously. Showed up SPOT ON time, and although I had high hopes that someone could come and fix my truck first time out, I completely expected that parts would need to be obtained and I'd be paying for two visits.. He found the issue lickety split, a $4 master fuse.. and bless his heart, waited for us to run out to get it and come back at 6:30 pm at night. No two trips! Truck went from dead as a doornail to happily alive and humming after a short time with Thomas. My truck is an old '89 box truck and regularly needs bits - I know who I'm calling next time it needs some TLC!! THOMAS!! You rock!! Super nice, friendly, professional and nailed it. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and a snoopy dance!

He was early for the appointment. He was nice we chatted a bit about the car. After finding out that what thought was the issue was incorrect he went out and spent his time finding me the correct parts and took care of that while also doing another appointment that I had scheduled for the next day. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
