Luis showed up on time and was VERY nice and polite. I told him all that I knew and he went straight to work. He re-diagnosis the problem in no time. It turned out I would have to take the car to an actual shop and have some extensive work (that YM doesn't offer) done on it but at least I would now know the REAL problem going in instead of having to let another mechanic poke around. I would highly recommend Luis as being "Your Mechanic"!!

Luis showed up a half hour early which was great. He was very friendly and courteous. I had gotten to my house only a few minutes before he did which meant the engine was still very hot when he started. Nevertheless, he went right to work changing out the water pump which is buried under the engine block. He finished the job in less than a half an hour and my car isn't making weird noises anymore.

Luis was on time, efficient and quickly diagnosed the issue. He even replaced fluids that were inadvertently spilled. This was a tight fix and my issue is solved. He showed me the battery voltage pre and post replacement of the alternator. That NEVER happens at a shop. What a very cool service!
