My first time using yourmechanic, and it won't be the last. Andrew was everything you want a mechanic to be: personal, professional, punctual, communicative, but most importantly competent. He was able to diagnose a complex issue quickly and I've no doubt will see it through to its fix.

Found the problem with my car and gave a clear path to get it fixed.

What everyone else posted is true-he is a hard-working knowledgeable mechanic with a very enjoining personality. Replacing the water pump on a 16-year-old Ford F-350 is a "knuckle buster." He worked very hard to make sure my truck was as best as it could be after the repair. Conscientious and honest in his evaluation of what my truck needed and DIDN'T need. He is my go-to-guy for any future repairs. And a nice person on top of all that!!!!!
