Chriss showed up in a timely manner, called as well as texted that he was on his way. The polite young man was very manerable and professional after introduction. Explained clearly that he was here to do a diagnostic evaluation on the vehicle and would get back to me when this was done. He went right to work on getting to the issue of the vehicle. He got back to me on what the issue was and explained what was needed and the cost to fix it, which included part and labor. He seemed very knowledgeable about the vehicle and in answering my questions and making sure I understood. He was very efficient in handling is job.
