Was on time and professional. Performed a diagnosis on the car I booked the appointment for and made some good suggestions for it to be fixed. The only unsatisfactory ratings for the experience were that an additional car of mine that needed work did not receive as much attention that I would have liked. Then the amount of labor and estimate quoted on the additional car was outrageously expensive. Besides that, Brandon is great. Do your homework prior to the appointment and you should be fine.
