Overall your mechanic is good to use, I would leave the work being done simple such as Tuneups,Fluid change, Brakes etc. There are some Great Mechanics that has alot of experience that can do the tougher jobs and probably wouldn't mind doing them away from your mechanic so they could make a decent profit. Which brings me to my next Con There's a mechanic name Stacy who I would avoid, I had him Install a Catalytic converter off record and had exhaust leaks. Couldn't get him to respond so I had him book for another job such as radiator hoses, which obviously he didn't do because I still had a coolant leak out of a hose to Your mechanic credit they gave me 50$ off my next job, only downside of that you have to use it befor a certain amount of time. Which I should have gotten a complete refund.
