Did the job perfectly and with ease

He did an awesome job!

Chris was professional as on his previous diagnostic service appointment. After installing the battery, he noticed a bit of damage on a part of the car that I hadn't seen; it wasn't an immediate problem, just something that I could take care of later, but I'm glad he noticed it. Anyway, a job well done.

Chris arrived on time, filled out necessary reports, discussed the symptoms leading to the problem, diagnosed the problem, and found the solution. I arranged with him to obtain the necessary part, a battery, and install it on a subsequent service call. I'm very satisfied with his actions.

I am so thankful for Chris. I had booked my appointment 4 times on YM - 1 mechanic didn't show up at all and the other times the mechanic asked to reschedule. So on my 5th try, I booked with Chris. When I woke up it was raining outside and I assumed he would ask to reschedule. But NO, Chris showed up, was friendly and did the job perfectly and quickly - IN THE RAIN. He was so great and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. I will be rebooking with him. He's worth every penny. Thank you Chris!
