Ralph was difficult to understand. English language is important to me for communication. Ralph also gave me a laundry list of things to do on my 18 year old van that would far exceed the value of the vehicle. It's good to know that information but my main objective is to just get steering and brakes fixed. I had already talked to several service mechanics and they diagnosed the problem over the phone. The price Ralph quoted me was nearly the same as a local mechanics shop. Not sure if believe that YourMechanic Services Inc. is such a good deal.

Aside from a late arrival which wasn't communicated, all around great experience. Robert mentioned he wasn't allowed to contact the customer, which is a shame as YourMechanic couldn't provide me clear insight to arrival. Robert was quick but thorough with the spark plug change, would recommend him.
