Robert, Is nice person and good mechanic, i had a issues with my Toyota Prius where he cleared all check engine light codes and bunch of other codes and then did follow up repairs on my car. After repair my car is running in good condition till now. I would definitely recommend Robert for repairs. Thanks

Robert was timely to the appointment and was very fast putting a new starter in my car. I was up and running in less than an hour. My slanted driveway posed no problem at all for Robert. I was very satisfied and will call again!

My car was refusing to start. I decided to use Yourmechanic and Robert was the mechanic. He performed several tests, explaining all of them to me. Nothing seemed wrong with my car, and Robert had a hint that I could have bad gas in my tank. He was eventually able to start my car and other than some rough idling, it seems to be working fine. He performed an inspection of my car and suggested some things to keep an eye on. The overall experience was really good.

He showed up in a reasonable amount of time and replaced my parts on the car very quickly!

Robert did an excellent job and replaced the broken parts. There were some issues with him being provided the incorrect materials and with our first appointment where YourMechanic promised something different than they told Robert to do but this was fixed although with a 3 day delay, again not a fault of Robert's who went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of.

Nothing to say right now because he only fixed the battery for me. I will make my comments whenever he work on my Toyota in the near future.

Robert Was great, he came and got right to it. After all was said and done he ran me through what he did and the price breakdown. I would go with Robert again. The 'yourMechanic' service was not as great, but this has nothing to do with Robert - if they (customer support) start to jerk you around, I'd suggest asking for a supervisor and for a compensation... However as I've said, it had nothing to do with Robert, he was awesome, 10/10 would deal with him again. Finished faster than originally quoted and final price reflected that.

Robert was friendly and knowledgeable about my kinda rare car (Chrysler Crossfire). He was done early and the was car was cleaner after he left than when he arrived. I definitely recommend Robert. Nice work!

Robert's job appears to be fine, and the problem is fixed. However, Robert's conduct wasn't professional for the following reasons: 1. He billed us $150 which is over 50% higher than the $98 estimate. He doubted my diagnosis of warped rotors leading me to ask him to test drive the car. This might have resulted in more time, but not $50 worth of more time. He should have warned me that his test drive is so expensive. 2. He took two brake cleaner cans when the estimate asked for only 1. In my opinion replacing a pair of front rotors is unlikely to consume even 1 can. 3. He was schedule to start between 9-10 am but did not show up until after 11 am.
